good to know before you book
These are in place to respect our stylists’ time as well as the time of other clients waiting for appointments. Color, extension, and bridal services hold long blocks of a stylist’s day, and a chair left empty at short notice can’t be filled.
If anything here isn’t clear, call us before you book rather than after.

cancellations & rescheduling
Out of courtesy for our stylists, we kindly ask that you notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellations or reschedules.
We understand that schedules change and life happens. But when we don’t get 48 hours’ notice, the following applies:

late arrivals
Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide you with the service for which you have been scheduled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
If you’re running behind, call us on the way — (404) 549-2502. Depending on the service and the day, we can sometimes adjust.
how to cancel
All cancellations must be made through our online booking system, or by replying to your text confirmation.
Voicemails and Instagram messages are not accepted as cancellations. A message left by voicemail or DM will not stop the cancellation fee from applying, because it doesn’t release the appointment in our system.

deposits
All deposits are non-transferable if the appointment is a no-show or is cancelled beyond the 48-hour policy.
