professional hair care
We retail the same professional lines our colorists and stylists reach for in the chair — Schwarzkopf and Redken at the color bar, Bumble and bumble for styling, and the tools we use every day from ghd, Mason Pearson, and ERGO.
What you use at home is the single biggest factor in how long your color, your cut, or your extensions actually hold up. We’d rather sell you three things that work than a shelf full of names.
why it matters
Color and extensions are most of what happens in this salon, and both are investments that live or die on aftercare. A balayage that should carry you four months can go brassy in six weeks on the wrong shampoo. Extensions that should last a full cycle get dry and dull if they’re washed with something stripping.
The number one reason color fades early isn’t the color. It’s what you wash it with at home.
So we don’t stock a wall of product for the sake of looking stocked. We carry the lines we use behind the chair, and your stylist will point you to the two or three that suit your hair and the service you just had.
the lines we reach for
One of our two color lines. German-made professional color with a deep blonde and lightening system, which is what makes it our workhorse for balayage and hand-painted work. The take-home ranges are built around the same chemistry we use in the bowl, so they hold tone instead of fighting it.

Our second color line, and the one our colorists reach for on protein-and-moisture balance work — corrections, compromised hair, and anyone who’s been over-processed somewhere else. The Acidic Bonding and color-extend ranges are the take-home side of that, and they’re what we recommend most often after a correction.

The tools matter as much as the product, and these are the three we use every day. All three are heavily counterfeited online, which is a good reason to buy them somewhere a person can hand them to you.
Stylers, dryers, and curlers that hold a constant temperature instead of spiking. That consistency is the whole point — it’s what separates a tool that styles hair from one that slowly cooks it. Essential if you have extensions or lightened hair.
Hand-made in England, boar bristle, and largely unchanged since the 1880s. It distributes oil from your scalp down the hair shaft rather than dragging through it. Expensive once, then never again — a well-kept one outlasts every other brush you’ll own.

how to get them
We don’t sell online, and that’s on purpose. Everything is here in the salon so your stylist can point you to exactly what’s right for your hair before you spend a dollar.
Tell your stylist what you’re trying to do at home — hold your balayage, keep extensions soft, get a second day out of a blowout — and they’ll build a short routine around your hair. Two or three products, not ten.

why buy here
Professional product from third-party marketplace sellers is often counterfeit, expired, or diluted, and ghd and Mason Pearson are two of the most faked items in the industry. What you buy here comes through authorized distribution.
Your stylist knows your color history, your texture, and what we just did to your hair. That’s a different conversation than guessing in an aisle or reading reviews written by someone with nothing in common with your hair.
before you buy
A sulfate-free, color-safe formula. Which one depends on your texture and what we did to your hair. After a Schwarzkopf or Redken color service we’ll usually point you to the matching take-home range, since those are formulated around the same color chemistry we used in the chair. See our balayage page for how aftercare affects grow-out.
For most people, yes — once. They’re hand-made in England with boar bristle, and they distribute oil from the scalp down the hair shaft rather than dragging through it. A well-kept Mason Pearson outlasts every other brush you’ll own, which is why we sell them as a one-time buy rather than a repeat purchase.
It matters more than people expect. Drugstore irons run hot and swing wide on temperature, which damages both your own hair and the extension hair — and extension hair can’t repair itself. A ghd styler holds a constant temperature, which is the biggest thing you can control at home to protect the investment. More on that on our extensions page.
Yes. Ask your stylist — the right pick depends on your curl pattern and how much product your hair will actually take, and that’s a conversation better had with your hair in front of us than on a page.
