keratin & smoothing
Lightened hair, hair that’s been through a lot, or hair that just won’t hold moisture through an Atlanta summer. In-salon treatments do things a bottle at home can’t, because they’re applied to clean hair under controlled heat and timing.
Most are added to a color or cutting appointment. Some are worth booking on their own.
what a treatment actually does
“Deep conditioning” covers several genuinely different things, and picking the wrong one means paying for something your hair didn’t need.
Lightening breaks bonds inside the hair. Fibre Clinix is our bond treatment and it rebuilds structure rather than coating the outside — which is why it’s the one we add to blonding and balayage work most often.
Different problem entirely. If hair is dry, dull, or frizzing rather than snapping, it needs moisture and cuticle smoothing, not more protein. Too much protein on hair that wanted moisture actually makes it feel worse.
Hair grows out of skin, and product buildup, dryness, or congestion at the scalp shows up in the hair eventually. A scalp detox is the least glamorous thing on this menu and one of the more useful.
services & pricing
Most of these are added to a color or cut appointment. Book them alongside your service rather than separately where you can — it’s one visit instead of two.
Our main in-salon treatment, and the one we add to lightening work as a matter of course. Rebuilds structure inside the hair rather than coating the surface.
Targeted treatments for frizz and for scalp buildup. Both are quick, both are commonly added to another service.
For lifting unwanted color or clearing build-up and minerals out of blonde hair. These are corrective services rather than conditioning ones, and both start with a look at your hair.
Color that has gone genuinely wrong is a bigger conversation than a removal service — see color correction.
what to expect
Your stylist looks at whether your hair needs strength, moisture, or scalp attention. These aren’t interchangeable.
Treatments bond properly only on hair that’s been cleansed of buildup. This is most of why in-salon results beat at-home masks.
Controlled processing under heat, timed properly. The bit a bathroom can’t replicate.
A treatment buys you a starting point. What you use for the next six weeks decides whether it holds.
between appointments
A treatment does a lot in one visit. What it can’t do is survive six weeks of the wrong shampoo — which is the most common reason someone books the same treatment again and wonders why it isn’t sticking.
We retail the Redken and Schwarzkopf take-home ranges built around the same chemistry we use in the bowl. Two or three products, matched to whether your hair actually needs strength or moisture.
before you book
A professional bond treatment. Lightening and chemical services break bonds inside the hair shaft, and a bond treatment rebuilds that internal structure rather than coating the outside. It’s the treatment we add to blonding and balayage work most often.
Sometimes you don’t, and your stylist will say so. Bond treatments genuinely matter alongside lightening. If your hair is in good condition and you’re having a single-process color, we’ll tell you to save your money.
No, and the difference is process rather than product. In-salon treatments go onto freshly cleansed hair, under controlled heat, for a controlled time. A mask in the shower on hair with buildup, rinsed after two minutes, does a fraction of the work.
Yes, and that’s how most of these are booked. Add it when you book your color so we can allow the extra time rather than squeezing it in at the end.
A clarifying service for blonde hair that has picked up minerals from hard water or build-up from product, which is what turns blonde dull or slightly brassy-green over time. It’s priced at consultation because how much is needed varies a lot.
Color removal lifts unwanted color out of the hair — one service, one process. Color correction is a plan for hair where the result has gone properly wrong, and it may take several sessions. Removal is sometimes one step inside a correction.
